Refunds policy

BanaBridge LLC provides digital streaming services through subscription access.
1. Subscription Payments
All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once access to the service has been granted.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
Duplicate billing
Technical errors caused by our system
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your account was charged without authorization, please contact us immediately for investigation.
